These Technical Guidelines embody the latest methods for estimating emissions and are based on the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting (Measurement) Determination 2008 as amended (the Determination)1 and the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting (Measurement) Amendment (Energy) Determination 2017). The Technical Guidelines provide additional guidance and commentary to assist Reporters in estimating greenhouse gas emissions for reporting under the NGER system and in general are applicable to the 2017-18 reporting year.
